Call for proposals 2025

The Summer Science Exhibition, the Royal Society’s flagship public engagement event, will take place between 1 – 6 July 2025. 

We are excited to announce that the call for proposals for the 2025 exhibition will open in September. Researchers are encouraged to start preparing their proposals now, as we do not anticipate significant changes from last year's submission guidelines and criteria. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your cutting-edge research to a diverse audience, including members of the public, policymakers, and fellow scientists.

To assist potential applicants, we will host a webinar in September where you can learn more about the exhibition and ask any questions you may have.
